Before starting HumanPoint, she was a consultant and trainer for one of the world's largest and most recognized training organizations and was ranked as one of the top consultants and trainers in the world. She continues to work with executives in technology, construction, biotech, retail, and hospitality, as well as military organizations to help improve the performance of their employees and achieve superior outcomes.
