Amy Hedin, HumanPoint’s founder, is a dynamic speaker, coach, consultant, and trainer. Before starting HumanPoint, she was a consultant and trainer for one of the world's largest and most recognized training organizations and was ranked as one of the top consultants and trainers in the world. She has worked with organizations in technology, construction, biotech, retail, and hospitality, as well as military organizations to help improve the performance of their employees and achieve superior outcomes. Her goal in starting HumanPoint was to empower companies to solve their people challenges and create more effective work environments. Amy’s clients describe her as dynamic, engaging, genuine, and insightful. She lives in and travels from Bellevue, Washington.
Amy Hedin serves on the Board of Directors for Matt Talbot Center, a non-profit recovery program and treatment center for the addicted, the homeless, and mentally ill in Seattle. She is a member of Automotive Services Association, International Coach Federation, Columbia Tower Club Business Forum Committee, National Speakers Association Professional Member, Master Builders Association and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.
