When HumanPoint does team coaching, we start by assessing the group individually and collectively. We meet with the team and then one-on-one with its members then involve them in developing a coaching plan for the group and for individuals within group. The team creates accountability with one another to ensure implementation and in the end is assessed to track progress. This can take place over several weeks or months depending on how many areas must be covered and other specific team needs. We often work with several teams in one company at the same time on various coaching plans.
