Our executive coaching starts with a thorough executive assessment. We also offer this as a stand alone service to clients who would like a benchmark of their key high-level leaders. This assessment takes 30 days and includes interviews, direct observation, and various behavioral and leadership measurements. The finished product is an effective, customized 40-50 page report.
