Amy Hedin from HumanPoint is chairing the 2nd annual “Stars Among the Clouds Dinner & Auction,” scheduled for September 29, 2008 at the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle. The evening will benefit the Matt Talbot Center (MTC), which provides free clinical substance abuse treatment and a variety of other services to the homeless, addicted, and mentally ill populations of Seattle. The Columbia Tower Club and the Seattle Seahawks are the principal partners supporting the event.

On June 7th, HumanPoint participated as a sponsor at the 2008 Seahawks Fish and Feast. We joined members of the 2008 Seahawks roster and fished for trout on Lake Washington. Our boat consisted of two top pro fishermen, two new Seahawk rookies Big Red (320lbs) and Big Will (305lbs) and 2 other sponsors. Our boat did not win the competition, but we did manage to catch 2 trout--8oz, and 15oz. Did I mention that the 8oz fish was caught by a 5 year old girl Lena. It was a fun day for a great cause -- Cast for Kids! We finished the day eating great BBQ and listening to number 93 Craig Terrill perform.
